Sandana Yoga is founded on the belief that yoga is a state, not a practice. 

A state of presence, awareness of our true essence at home in the here and now.  An essence that is inherently joyful, blissful and playful, grounded in our true nature of unconditional and uninterrupted joy.  This is where we all started, and the offer of its potential remains inside each of us.  We have discovered in our own lives, the practices that bring us closer to our essence.  Practices that day after day, bring our awareness back to here and now, and help us to rediscover the innate joyfulness and playfulness that can be found in presence.  These practices have changed our lives.  As we centre ourselves closer to presence and awareness, we become happier people: lighter, kinder, more considerate and compassionate, more content and fulfilled.  Our best selves.

We CONNECT - we set themes and intentions and we suggest topics for contemplation, consideration, and discussion by the Circle.

We FLOW - a form of moving meditation where the focus is on breath and movement. Strong but loving, challenging but accessible for all, playful but sacred.

We BREATHE - stilling the mind by refining attention. Relaxing the body and mind first and then focussing attention using various tools.

We FEEL - using various tools to guide you into your heart. Nurturing the soul and the spirit.

We GROW - discussions covering all aspects of a yogic life and dealing with a wide range of topics.

We REFLECT - we contemplate and journal on our experiences and we share it all in the Circle.
